#37 Butterflies + A is for Archway

Welcome back to my Butterfly Challenge.

Winners results for #36  are in the post below

Each challenge will  be a different letter of the Alphabet.
It will always be Butterflies but with the addition
of an item/theme beginning with a chosen letter.
The twist is that my Guest Designers
will choose which letter goes next and I will supply the theme.
They will also be commenting on your entries.

We are down to the last 9 letters now and  UXZ
are still  amongst them but I have
some lovely/unusual themes picked out for those  letters!!

Please give a warm welcome to my next Guest Designer.

Anne
( Winner of #33)

Hello! My name is Anne Johansen, I am 45 years old and lives in a small town in Norway called Skiptvet with my little pet dog Edward and the budgie Jørgen and his friends. I have one daughter and two lovely grandchildren.

When I was about six years old, my grandmother taught me how to crochet. Since then I’ve had a passion for crafting. About five years ago I started making cards, on and off in periods. Things are getting pretty serious, so I started up my blog again now in May. You’re welcome to visit and get inspired.

I’m always trying to learn new things such as making a card in vintage style or trying out new coloring techniques. There is so much to learn. Besides making cards, I love to crochet and knit, read books or listen to audiobooks while crafting, go hiking and I really love my pets.

I am looking forward to visit your blogs and see what you guys create. Thank you Mrs.A, for inviting me to be your guest designer for this challenge, I’m honored!

Anne has chosen the following letter for you.

#37 Butterflies + A is for Archways

so I would like to see an archway
incorporated into your project.

You can form  your arch from flowers or maybe you  have a stamp/die cut  with an archway, A corner die cut makes a perfect arch when two are placed together to make the curve at the top. You are free to use what other embellishments you would like + your Butterfly of course.  (Even an archway made from lots of little butterflies).

Here is Anne's card for you.

Anne has created this gorgeous
Wedding card using an ornate die cut frame.
You can find more information on Anne's Blog.

Thank you Anne for being my Guest Designer
for #37.

Please take your Guest Designer badge
from the side bar.

Here is my inspiration for you.
Full details can be found here on my blog.

I have upped the ante on this challenge
but will be posting lots  more inspiration for you
over on my blog during the next 2 weeks
so please be sure to check  back.

Don't have a stamp or an arch die?
No worries  check out Jane's entry
at No 1. Brilliant.
More inspiration for you here too.

The Winner may choose one item from the following prizes.

Hessian goody bag
containing either

(A)   Pink selection

or

(b)  Green selection

or
$10 gift certificate from
Raspberry Road Designs.

Please be sure to read all the rules on the tab above

  6. Love your cards ladies - but I did struggle with my entry! The stamp almost went whistling through the window (it might do so yet) and I did cheat a bit 'cos it's an arched window :)

    Hugs

  7. I was very challenged to come up with an arch but managed to build one with dies. Fun challenge and great inspiration cards.

  8. Just love the theme and inspiration and am hoping my Playschool 'through the arch window' approach (rather like Di) will be acceptable.
