#60 Butterflies +V is for Vases and/or Vanilla.

Welcome back to my Butterfly Challenge.

Winners results for #59  are in the post below.
Please make sure you check as it could be you.
Unclaimed prizes go back into the pot and there have been quite a few!

Thankyou all so much for playing along.

We are over  half way through
the new set of letters and themes.
I've introduced  a new mix into the challenge too!!

Each challenge will be a different letter of the Alphabet.
It will always be Butterflies  with the addition
of an item/theme beginning with a chosen letter.
Along with this letter will be a corresponding  colour.

You may choose to use just the letter /theme + butterfly
or use the colour + butterfly.
If you make your project
using both the letter and the colour + butterfly
you will be eligible for going into a second draw to win
an additional prize.
So that's 2 chances to win  on each challenge.

I have no Guest Designers for the next two challenges
as the prizes remained unclaimed on two challenges.
If you do not check back you can also miss out on
being asked to be a Guest Designer.

So it's just me today but I have made an extra card to show.

This is what I have chosen for you.

#60  Butterflies + V is for Vases
with the additional option of  V is for the colour Vanilla.

So I would like to see  a vase of some description
on your  project
along with your Butterfly/ies of course.

Now you'd think  that as  I set the challenges
that I'd be well prepared each time.
Truth is I go through the alphabet at the beginning
of the year and set all the themes/colours
and then promptly forget about them until
my Guest Designer chooses her letter.
So when I picked  V out  of the bag I went
into panic mode.  Did I actually have
any vases in my stash? Yes surprisingly
I did and I'm hoping that when you have
a look through your stash you will have some too.

Here are my  inspiration cards for you.

Using a  Penny Black Stickeroos.

Using  a LOTV Art pad  pre coloured image..

Using a  pre coloured image by Hunkydory.

Please pop over to my blog for more detailed info.

(You may well find a Monkey in residence over there
but I have managed to sneak back into the craft room
and uploaded a post when he wasn't looking. )

The Winner may choose one item from the following prizes.

Hessian goody bag
containing either

Green selection

or
Pink selection

or
$10 gift certificate from

Raspberry Road.

The additional prize available if
using both  Vases  and the colour Vanilla
+your butterfly
is

Sheena Douglas
Monarch Butterfly stamp.

Please be sure to read all the rules on the tab above
and enter your creations in
Mr Linky below.
Happy crafting .
See you soon.

  4. Three lovely inspirations, Mrs A.! All very elegant!
I think that "vase" isn't a theme too difficult, any container with flowers inside could go well... as your bottles full of sunflowers! Love that LOTV art pad!

  5. I'm pretty sure I don't have any vases so I will have to be inventive. I hope you are not lonely on your own but as your overrun with monkeys, probably not. Pretty summery cards.

  6. Very nice cards! I must admit I don't make a lot of vase cards - I don't think I've ever made a vase card. However... I know I have some older vase stamps in my stash. Maybe I can come up with something - with a butterfly of course! So sorry I haven't been playing here much - I need to get my act together! It's odd to not see a guest designer. They definitely missed out on an awesome opportunity! I enjoyed the task very much when I had the honour!

  18. Thank you for sharing your lovely cards with us, Mrs. A. So pretty.

Vases and Vanilla seemed harder than it really was...once I got started. Wasn't sure I'd get a card made this time because of some extra days of fun with granddaughter. Got it in, though. Whew! Instead of your linky tool saying "You're next."....it should automatically tell me "You're last!" Ha.

Hope you are having a great week!
