This is the last Butterfly challenge for the year but the Butterflies will be back on 2nd January 2019. As in previous yrs the Gnomes and Fairies will be taking over the challenge for the month of December.
Come on in.
Lets Spin the Butterfly Wheel.
Each challenge will still be a letter of the Alphabet but there will now be a choice of 3 Colours and 3 Themes all beginning with the chosen letter.
You must use your butterfly/ies on your creation,
then you can either choose a Theme or a Colour from the wheel to be entered for the 1st Prize.
If you use a Butterfly + a Theme + a Colour from the wheel then
you will be entered into the 2nd Prize.
Please state in your post which part of the wheel you are using to play with.
New for this Yr.
If you manage to use all 7 elements of the wheel then you will be entered into a 3rd Prize.
So lets get started.
The wheel for this challenge is
#112 Spin The Butterfly Wheel with the letter J.
Jade/Jazzberry Jam/Jasmine/Jewels/Jute/Joint/Butterfly.
I have used Wikipedia's excellent site for obtaining most of the colours chosen for the wheels. I then went through all my Promarkers, Marvey le PlumeII, Graph'it and Spectrum Noir pens to find the nearest colour match for me to use.
Yes , Jazzberry Jam really does exist as a colour.
The definition for joint is: the place where two or more things join, a hinge, a seam, to fit closely together. (Lets see what your imagination can come up with).
Here is my inspiration for you.
Second card uses Jasmine/Jute/Butterfly.
To help get you into the Christmas mood there will be extra random Secret Santa Sacks of goodies as well as the 3 prizes below.

Happy crafting and see you soon.
So sorry I missed out last time round but very little creativing the last week or so, I ended up being rushed off with what turned into a hemiplegic migraine, only the second one of that variety and hoping to never have another. New regime of meds and keeping it all crossed they reduce my 'usual' migraines to less frequency.
ReplyDeleteNoted the new wheel and will really try to join in, was thinking yesterday if we are lucky there just might be a Fairy one soon !!
A delicate and classy wheel and two beautiful inspirations!
ReplyDeleteSorry if I didn't enter the challenges in the last time, I haven't time for craft and only try to making something for Christmas... :(
Hugs
Beautiful cards Mrs A. And you caught me on the hop - I used my last scrap of jute fabric a couple of weeks ago. But never mind, I have an absolute glut of jewels!
ReplyDeleteYour cards are both gorgeous, Mrs. A! Really loving the one with the jute! I just linked up my card and I hope you like what I did with the goodies I won from you! I'm going with J for Jewels! Thanks for always inspiring us with your Butterfly Challenges! Wishing you a wonderful day!
