YoYo Spinner Card.

Y
is for
YOYO SPINNER CARD.

1. These instructions are for making the YoYo Spinner mechanism.

N.B. I have placed everything onto a pink mat for ease of viewing.
You will need the following items.
1,  2" punched Circle in coloured cardstock.
1, 2" Scallop die cut circle in coloured cardstock.
2,  1.5" acetate punched circles.
1 1.5" scalloped circle in white cardstock.
1 Thin Brad.
2 large  d.s.  sticky 3d Circle pads.
3d d.s. foam pads.
10" length of bakers twine.

2. First take one of the acetate 1.5" circles and adhere to the front of the 2" punched circle cardstock using d.s foam pads as shown below.

 Close up.

3. Now adhere a 3d foam sticky pad to each side of one end of the bakers twine to completely enclose.

  Close up.

4. Now take the 2nd acetate circle and adhere the bakers twine to the centre.
   Close up.

5. Place this acetate circle over the top of the first circle (that is already attached to the 2" circle punch) with the twine pad uppermost.

 6. Holding down in place,  carefully put the  remaining scalloped circle over the top
and using a pointy tool make a hole down through the centre of all the circles.
Close up.
7. Carefully  remove pointy tool and place brad through and loosley bend apart to hold circles together at the back.

8. Wrap the bakers twin around the spindle that you have just created leaving about 3"hanging straight down. Attach 3d foam pads to the back of the white scallop circle.
Adhere to the front of the spinner to hide the brad.

9. Lastly adhere 3d foam pads to the back of spinner and your YoYo spinner is now ready to attach to your card.
Pull  the cord gently down and watch your butterfly spin around.
