#71 Butterflies + U is for Underneath and/or Umber

Welcome back to my Butterfly Challenge.  Winners results for #70 are in the post below. Please make sure you check back as it could be you.  Unclaimed prizes go back into the pot and there have been a few! Thankyou all so much for continuing to play along.

We are now at the end of the current choice of letters/themes and the new format will start with the next challenge #72 where I have changed things round slightly and added in some new prizes so stay tuned.

I'm delighted to introduce you to my next Guest Designer.
Please welcome

Pearl
(winner of #65)

Hello, my name is Pearl and I have the privilege of being the guest designer for the Butterfly challenge today :) Thank you Mrs A!
I am married and have two children and live in London.
I have always been into arts and crafts but started card making around seven years ago. I started blogging about six years ago when I was introduced to it by a friend.
As I homeschool my kids, I do a lot of crafting with them and use it not just for our art lessons but also for many of their other subjects, and they also have their own blogs and take part in challenges.
I like to make things that show the beauty of nature, like flowers and butterflies. The beauty of God's creation is so awe inspiring that we want to copy or replicate his work in our own work and this is what I try to do, but am obviously no where as good as the original artist!
I also recycle a lot of things, like gardening magazines, for my cards and projects. I hope you like the card I have made for today's challenge!

Pearl  has chosen

# 71 Butterflies + U is for Underneath
with the additional option of U is for the colour Umber.

I leave you to interpret the Underneath element as you like but here are a few ideas to get you going.
Incorporate flaps, pockets, tags  on your card. Even hidden windows or simply use  the inside of the card. The worlds your oyster!
A lot of butterflies are brown in colour so I will accept  your butterflies as the 'Umber' for this challenge.
You may choose to use just the letter/theme + butterfly or use the colour +butterfly.
If you make your project using both the letter and the colour +butterfly you will be eligible for going into a second draw to win an additional prize.

Here is Pearls's card for you.
I take my hat off to Pearl as she has come up with a very ingenious interpretation of Underneath!

Please  go  over to Pearl's blog  to read her explanation of her thinking behind this card.  It is something I didn't know.

Thankyou Pearl for being my guest Designer for #71.

Please take the new Guest Designer badge from the side bar.

Here is my inspiration for you.

To see what is on the outside of the card

please go to my  Blog Here   for more pictures and a full explanation of how the card was made.

The Winner may choose one item from the following prizes.

(A) Multi  Selection Bag.

or

(B)  Blue Selection Bag.

The additional prize available if
using both Underneath and the colour Umber along  with your Butterfly
is

Presscut
4 butterfly die cut set.

Please be sure to read all the rules on the tab above
and enter your creations in Mr Linky below.
Please also state if you are only playing for fun.
Happy crafting and see you soon.

Ack!!! I thought I knew what umber is.....but I guess I don't. And all my searches online show such a range of colors that I have no idea what the "right" color is!!! lol... I was thinking it was yellowish brown....but maybe that is ochre. Although some images of umber show it yellowish. Or is that just raw umber???? Then there is burnt umber....dark brown. Oh, my....I am so confused. Now I am buried UNDERNEATH all these shades of UMBER!!! Help!!!! :)
