The Butterfly wheel is back albeit in a slightly curtailed version.
I am not fully back up to speed yet but am getting there. So we are going Monochromatic for this challenge. You have 5 colours to choose from on the wheel below. We are revisiting the Joy fold card shape as it lends itself perfectly for using shades of all one colour on the various folds used on the card.
So just pick one colour and create a Joy fold card using shades of your selected colour plus lace edging and of course your butterflies.
If you don't want to make a joy fold card then that's ok just enter a card of your choice still using monochrome as your theme though and your butterflies.
Lets Spin the Butterfly Wheel.
On my example I have used lace dies and white lace is allowed.
Here are my inspiration cards for you.
I have chosen to use shades of Green from the wheel.
Card 1. Joy Fold Card.
You will find instructions for making the Joy fold card (Version 1) which is the card I have made here.
A link to the tutorial page is shown under the banner heading. Just click on the Card Shapes tab and you will be taken to a drop down list of all the past and present card tutorials.
Card 2.
You can see more details of the cards over on my blog Here.
There will be a prize for each category.
I will include a fun item that can be used in your craft room just for you.
Please be sure to read all the rules on the tab above.
Enter your creations in Mr Linky below.
Please also state if you are only playing for fun.
Happy crafting and see you soon.
This challenge will be running for 3 weeks.
Challenge will therefore end
Tuesday 7th Nov 8pm (GMT) .

Super! I love the Joy fold card! Hope I can join you!
Lovely cards! Thanks so much for the inspiration!
Your cards are beautiful, Mrs. A! I love all of the greens! I am especially intrigued by your Joy Fold card as I've never made one before. Well, there's no time like the present, so I will plan to make one this month and will be back to join in! Sending lots of hugs and well wishes!
Gorgeous cards Mrs A it’s a long time since l have done a Joy fold card just love that design x
Fabulous card and intriguing wheel. Mrs A. See you later!
Every time I make a joy fold, I think "that was so easy, why don't I make them more often." so thank you for the reminder. Hope it was OK to use patterned paper that had white as well as blues.
Yay! I made my first Joy Fold Card, thanks to you! It was not hard, except for finding some monochromatic patterned papers as I don't seem to have very many. That took me a long time! Anyway, I enjoyed making my card and will certainly make another one! Hoping you are having some good days, my friend, and that you're feeling okay these days.
Hugs,
Kitty
