The Butterflies are back for a new challenge I am changing the format slightly so that we will have Themed cards, Technique cards and Shaped cards to make in 2024 .
Today's challenge is with the letter B and a Shaped card.
I would like to see you make
a Belt and Buckle Card.
You will find the tutorial at the top of the page under the banner on the card shapes tab. Just open the tab and look for the tutorial under the listing which is in Alphabetical order.
As with previous years you have a Butterfly wheel to choose from
so
Come on in.
Lets Spin the Butterfly Wheel.
You now have 6 colours to choose from.
You now have 3 requirements to choose from
Belt and buckle card/Borders/ Birthday Wishes
(The sentiment wording must relate to being for a Birthday)
( i.e Happy Birthday, Birthday Greetings, Best Wishes etc. )
Plus your Butterflies of course.
To play for the first prize you just need to use
3 colours from the palette shown above

or
To play for the second prize you will need to use
2 colours from the palette shown above
Belt and Buckle card
Birthday Wishes or a Border on your card
Your Butterflies
Both prizes will include an Alphabet stamp of your letter choice.

So many lovely cards! And I can't believe I got nary a one entered. It has been a busy month as I am moving into retirement within the next few months, and have been training an amazing new hire who is moving into my management position. She's doing an excellent job, but the job of managing a staff of four, while overseeing five programs with budgets totaling over $500,000 is a bit harder than I had realized. After 13 years, I know all the details, but she is already assuming many of the key responsibilities, so I'm excited to see what the future holds! (I do hope that I'll be back into a regular blog posting schedule soon!)
